We have many years of experience in working in partnership with Kent Teaching School Hub (Altius as it was previously).  

Training for Initial Teachers who are training:

We have for many years offered our support in terms of delivering CPD sessions on the work of a PRU and the fundamental differences between PRU and mainstream teaching and learning as well as SEMH knowledge adn experience.  This training aslso includes one full day visits for all trainee teachers tailored to their teaching environment where possible.

Training for Middle Leaders

Our Head Teacher has contributed to the full annual programme of CPD for middle leaders offering sessions on her unique journey to Head Teacher responsibility and lessons learned along the way.

ECT and ECF: 

We in turn gain great support from KTSH for our ECT teaching staff and our Unqualified teachers.  The comprehensive programme offers learning and guidance for both our ECT teachers as well as our experienced mentors
