  1. The school must ensure that leaders at all levels use accurate information to strategically monitor and evaluate the impact of the work of the school, through a targeted development plan.
  2. The school must ensure that staff have the training they need to maintain an accurate attendance record in line with legal requirements.
  3. The school must review their curriculum offer, so pupils can learn the knowledge and skills they need to return to their mainstream offer and/or prepare them for their future.
  4. The school must ensure that all staff know how to meet the needs of pupils to support them to achieve all that they can, in order to engage positively in their learning.
  5. The school must continue to work with parents and services to ensure that the attendance of pupils significantly improves.
  6. The school must review the personal development provision and offer, allowing the pupils to get the support they need ready for adulthood and life in modern Britain.
